Shahrukh Khan joins Facebook
Just yesterday we at TutWithLaxman made a case for Shahrukh Khan to continue on the social networking webworld despite the nasty comments that made him quit Twitter. Sooner done than said, Shahrukh is now set to join the mother of all social networking sites, Facebook.
Expect a mad scramble among the FBians to browse the superstar’s wall that will go online on Friday evening at 9 pm Indian Standard Time.
The inauguration will be done with the online premiere of Shahrukh Khan’s documentary on the all-time Indian classic film Mughal-E-Azam. Shahrukh has associated himself with the film to mark its 51st anniversary through a 22-minute documentary.
The idea is not just to pay tribute to director K. Asif’s timeless classic but also to introduce the younger generations to the cinematic masterpieces of yore.
And knowing how Shahrukh shared snippets from his personal life on Twitter, his Facebook wall too would have its shares of peeks into the private world of King Khan. |
